BEDFORD, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police are investigating three suspicious deaths in Bedford, N.H. after being called to a home there Saturday.
Police responded to the home at 17 McAfee Farm Road Saturday after receiving a 911 call reporting a dead female inside the home at 17 McAfee Farm Road. When officers arrived, they found two other bodies as well, Assistant Attorney General Jay McCormack said.
A crime scene was established at the home, with investigators closing off the entire road Saturday night. Crime scene investigators and police remained at the home Sunday.
The victim's identities have not been released. Though law enforcement officials have not confirmed that two of the three dead were children, a neighbor said two of the victims were under 10 years old.
School officials said they would have increased counseling available to elementary school students and parents of students at the Riddle Brook Elementary School, a K-3 school.
Autopsies also need to be performed on all three people, McCormack said.
No other information was immediately available, though McCormack added that the public is not believed to be in any danger, and investigators are not looking for a suspect.
