ARLINGTON, Mass. — Officials in Arlington have put out a 2-alarm fire that raged through a Bowdoin Street home on Tuesday afternoon.
Sky 25 flew over the scene as smoke billowed from the home. It seemed as though the flames have completely destroyed a garage.

Arlington Police had asked people to avoid the area as crews continued to work on the scene, closing down parts of the roads in the area to limit access to the scene.
Flames continued to ravage through the structure as firefighters worked to put out the blaze. Heavy smoke seeped from the ground as crews looked for remaining hotspots.
Medford Fire companies could be seen at the scene assisting with putting out the fire.
At around 6 p.m., officials announced the fire had been put out and crews were working on cleaning up the scene. Fire officials are now working to determine the official cause of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
