BOSTON — "Cheers" is reportedly set to hit the stage in Boston later this year.
According to the Boston Globe, the popular sitcom set in a Boston bar is slated to be turned into a stage production.
It will reportedly be called "Cheers Live On Stage" and will play at the Shubert Theater from Sept. 9-18.
After a run in Boston, it will move to Chicago and then go on tour.
Tickets will go on Sale May 15.
