BOSTON — Boston Police have arrested a Peabody man for a murder that happened Sunday morning.
Officers were called to 60 Goodale Road in Mattapan just before 10 a.m. Sunday where they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Jeudy Romero of West Roxbury.
Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old John Patterson of Peabody and arrested him. He is charged with murder and is expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
