Boston man charged with DUI after fatal crash in Weymouth

WEYMOUTH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) - A Boston man faces several charges in a deadly crash in Weymouth.

It happened just before midnight Saturday on Middle Street.

Police say the car crashed into a utility pole.

There were four people in the car, one man was pronounced dead at the scene and the other three were taken to the hospital.

Police arrested the driver, 30-year-old Francisco Gomes. He faces several charges, including motor vehicle homicide.
