BOSTON — The federal infrastructure bill will send about $9.33 billion to Massachusetts. About $5.3 billion over five years is earmarked for federal highway formula funding for highways and bridges in Massachusetts.
Boston 25 News anchor Kerry Kavanaugh spoke virtually one-one with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg about the critical ways that money can be spent by the states.
They also discussed money for making infrastructure more climate-resilient, the MBTA fiscal woes, and the future of masks on airplanes. Watch here.
