BOSTON — One of the founders of Ben and Jerry's ice cream has been arrested in Vermont.

Burlington police arrested Ben Cohen and two others on Saturday. They were charged with disorderly conduct after a demonstration against fighter planes in the state.

Police say Cohen and his group violated noise ordinances by playing loud jet noises to simulate what it would be like underneath a flight path.
