BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The historical North End is going back in time for Ben Affleck's movie.
"Live By Night" is shooting in the North End Friday, and the streets are full of newsboys and 1920s cars. Affleck's movie, which he wrote, is directing and starring in, is set in the 1920s and follows a group and their role in the world of organized crime.
The movie shot several scenes in Lawrence earlier in November. They are reportedly going to shoot more scenes in south Boston next week.
The movie stars Sienna Miller, Zoe Saldana, Elle Fanning, Chris Messina and Ben Affleck and is set to be in theaters in 2017.
