BOSTON — Passengers on-board a Cape Air flight received quite the scare when an aircraft door unexpectedly opened mid-flight Wednesday.
The pilot of the Maine-to-Boston flight was forced to make an emergency landing at Logan International Airport after flying for about 15 minutes with the door open.
None of the nine people on-board the aircraft were injured during the incident.
Cape Air is investigating what caused the door to open while it was in the air.
No other information was released.
