AC/DC co-founder and Australian guitarist Malcolm Young has died, the band announced Saturday morning.
Angus Young took to Facebook to announce the news.
"As his brother it is hard to express in words what he has meant to me during my life," Young said. "The bond we had was unique and very special. He leaves behind an enormous legacy that will live on forever."
Malcolm Young was 64 years old. Sources said he died peacefully at home with his family by his side.
