CHATHAM, Mass. -- Chatham's fire chief has some new help, a 7-year-old suffering from neuroblastoma was named Honorary Chief.
Jesse Nash was presented with his own uniform and helmet at a special ceremony.
He's now the youngest fire chief in Chatham history and possibly in the entire state.
The department says firefighters need to have strength, bravery and courage -- three qualities Jesse presents every day.
Of course, no firefighter ceremony is complete without a ride through town in the truck.
