NANTUCKET, Mass. — A server at a Nantucket restaurant was arrested for taking ‘upskirt’ photos of women earlier in the day, according to Massachusetts State Police.
A trooper said he was approached by three women who claimed to have seen a man taking upskirt photos of a woman on Federal Street. The women gave the trooper photos they had gotten of the man.
Later that evening, the trooper recognized the man waiting tables at a local restaurant and questioned the 30-year-old man in connection to the pictures.
Troopers said he had upskirt photos in his possession.
The man was charged with illegal electronic surveillance or video of a nude or partially nude person.
He has not been identified.
