YARMOUTH, Mass. — Two people died in a car crash in Yarmouth, according to police.
Two cars collided on Buck Island Road near the Halcyon Condominium Complex. First responders treated two victims on scene for traumatic injuries, but both died.
A third person was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with serious injuries. That person's condition was not immediately available. %

Part of Buck Island Road was closed for about four hours overnight as Barnstable County officials investigated the accident.
The names of the two who died have not yet been released.
