MONOMOY ISLAND, Mass. — A 12-foot white shark decided she needed to figure out what that thing was underwater.
It was a GoPro, and thanks to her curiosity, Dr. Greg Skomal captured some amazing footage.
Posted on the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy's Facebook page Tuesday, the video shows the shark, which was off Monomoy, put the whole camera in her mouth.
Skomal was on a research trip with the Massachusetts Diving of Marine Fisheries Monday.
