LAWRENCE, Mass. — Police in Lawrence are investigating a shooting at a home that killed at least one person.
Police say a man was shot and killed in the basement around 3 p.m. after a robbery.
The Essex County District Attorney has identified the victim as a Hispanic male. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
Relatives tell FOX25 there was a struggle between the robber and a resident of the home, then the gun went off killing the resident.
The resident was a man in his 30s, according to neighbors, who had just moved to the area from Florida.

Tuesday night the Essex County District Attorney announced the arrest of Isiah Tejada, 19. He has been charged with murder and is expected to appear in court Wednesday morning.
