Many local television stations, including Boston 25, moved in early August to new frequencies.
If you use an antenna to watch TV for free, you should have rescanned your TV to keep all your channels, including Boston 25. If you didn't and now you're having trouble viewing, click on the link below for the simple steps you'll need to take.
Cable and satellite viewers were not impacted. Same goes for those who watch via an online provider like Hulu or PlayStation Vue, and those who watch via the free Boston 25 News app available on smartphones, tablets, certain gaming consoles and smart TVs, including Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV.
Additional equipment is not required to rescan.
