A witness told Boston 25 News that security and several people quickly diffused the fight, which allegedly stemmed from a spilled drink.
"It happened so fast, I've never seen anything like that," the witness said. "Broken up in 15 seconds and you step outside and see what the result was. These guys ruined it over something petty, a spilled drink."
Boston EMS confirmed that three people were transported to area hospitals following the brawl. A fourth stabbing victim was confirmed by Boston Police, but ended up driving to the hospital.

One of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries, but is expected to survive.
The witness told Boston 25 News one of the men was bleeding profusely from his arm, and said it appears the attacker was armed with a pocket knife.
“When some people we don’t know, we don’t see regularly come in and start trouble randomly, it makes you feel sad," the witness said.
The witness said a club employee applied pressure to the wound of one of the stabbing victims for several minutes until paramedics arrived.
