BROCKTON, Mass. — Four students were taken to the hospital following an incident involving pepper spray at a Brockton charter school.
The Brockton Fire Dept. tells Boston 25 News they were called to New Heights Charter School shortly before 11 a.m. Friday for a pepper spray incident.
Fire crews ventilated the building.

The Dean of Students told responding officials they had an accidental discharge of a keychain-type mace canister on the second floor of the school.
The charter school is not affiliated with Brockton schools.
