Sonika Vaid sings 'Let It Go' to make it into American Idol Top 5

LOS ANGELES — Thursday night on American Idol local sensation Sonika Vaid must've had some St. Patrick's Day luck.

For the second week in a row the judges saved the Weston native.

“It was hard for us, but we would like to see Sonika come back next week.”

Sonika made it to the top five with her wind-blown version of "Let it Go."

Fifteen-year-old Tristan Mcintosh was sent home.

Sonika won't have the judges to save her next week, she'll need America's votes to make it to the top four.
