DANVERS, Mass. — At least one person was seriously injured in a three-car crash on Route 128 in Danvers early Monday.
State police tweeted around 1:45 a.m. that the northbound side of Route 128 at exit 21 was closed as collision reconstruction and crime scene units investigated the scene.
Troopers on-scene, Rt 128 NB at Exit 21, Danvers, for 3-car crash. One occupant transported with serious life-threatening injuries. MSP Collision Reconstruction and Crime Scene units assisting. Roadway is closed.

As of 7 a.m., all lanes had been re-opened.

One person involved in the crash was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, state police said. It's unclear if anyone else was injured in the crash.
