BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A mural that has become a fixture along the southeast expressway in Boston could soon no longer be visible for commuters.
The killer whale painting on the side of the Planet Self Storage building in Boston's South End has been there since 1998. A new hotel and apartment complex to be built in the parking lot next to the mural would block the painting from being seen.
This wouldn't be the first time the whale mural would be covered. In 2007, a giant iPod ad hid the painting.
