Police arrest 21-year-old man for 3rd violation of privacy charge

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Manchester police on Tuesday arrested 21-year-old Travis Demers for his third charge of violation of privacy.

His arrest comes from a second incident at the Mall of New Hampshire on Aug. 9, followed by a July 27 arrest. He is suspected of going into the women's bathroom and either videotaping or taking photos of women in the stalls on both dates.

He is also suspected of doing the same thing in a dressing room at the Savers on South Maple Street on Aug. 2.

Demers is scheduled to appear in Manchester Circuit Court on Oct. 8.

Police said they are concerned that there may be more victims. If you believe you may have been in the women's restroom at the Mall of New Hampshire on either July 27 between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. or Aug. 9 before 5:30 p.m. and have concerns that you were recorded without permission, police encourage you to call detective Ryan Heile at (603) 792-5534 or email him at rheile@manchesternh.gov.
