NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. — The Northbridge town moderator is cited with motor vehicle homicide after allegedly hitting and killing a man at the city's recycling facility.
The Worcester Telegram reports that Harold Gould Jr. hit a 74-year-old Whitinsville man on April 27 and died on May 2. Following an investigation, the DA's office was issued a citation for Motor Vehicle Homicide by Negligent Operation.
