A high school janitor is facing charges after he allegedly took photos in the girls' bathroom of unsuspecting girls.
Superintendent John Provost told parents in a letter home than maintenance staff was fixing a leak when they noticed several holes in the ceiling of a girls' bathroom.
Police responded and began investigating Thursday. They inspected all other locker rooms and bathrooms, but only found the suspicious activity in the one bathroom.
Officers identified the school custodian, 22-year-old Michael Krememnsky, as the suspect. He had been working at the school since August 2017 and has since been placed on leave.
On Friday, police arrested Kremensky and charged him with four counts of photography an unsuspecting nude person.
That bathroom has been closed and will reopen once the investigation and repair are complete, according to Western Mass News.
