Noah Larson's donated organs could save 5 lives, family says

WOBURN, Mass. — The family of a 15-month-old who was found unresponsive with his babysitter will donate his organs.

Family members told FOX25's Kerry Kavanaugh the donation could save five lives.

Noah Larson was found unresponsive with his twin sister on Monday and died Thursday. Meanwhile, the Department of Children and Families has taken custody of three children as the investigation into the baby's death continues.

Those children are the boy's twin sister Emmy -- who's still at Children's Hospital -- as well as two other children.

The 15-month-old twins were rushed to the hospital Monday while in the care of the babysitter. The boy died Thursday.

The Middlesex District Attorney's and DCF are now investigating how the twins were injured.

The baby-sitter is not facing charges and wouldn't answer questions from FOX25 outside her apartment Friday.

Family members told FOX25 they are leaning on each other to get through their unimaginable sorrow.

On social media, they are sharing the message "We are Noah strong."
