MANCHESTER, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A local man is setting out to help four orphaned bear cubs after their mother was killed by a hunter.
Ben Kilham, Biologist and Bear Rehabilitator, took over the care of the bears after the mother bear's death.
The bear family was lovingly known around the community as the "Jackson Five", according to a GoFundMe account set up for donations for the bears.
The bears will remain on Kilham's preserve through the winter. Afterwards, it will be decided whether they are ready to be released back into the wild.
