Worker hospitalized after machete attack during car repossession in Brockton

BROCKTON, Mass. — A man is recovering after being attacked with a machete while he was repossessing a car in Brockton Monday morning, police say.

Wonder Estiverne, 35, attacked the worker on Curve Street, a Brockton police spokesperson told Boston 25 News.

The 42-year-old victim suffered a severe laceration to his arm and was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center for treatment.

Estiverne is facing several charges, including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
