One hospitalized after being hit by car in West Roxbury

One person was taken to the hospital after being hit by a motor vehicle in West Roxbury Thursday morning, according to police.

Officers responded to South Street around 11:30 a.m. for a report of two people hit by a motor vehicle.

Responding officers found two people with non-life-threatening injuries.

One of the two victims was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The vehicle remained at the scene, Boston police say.

No arrests have been made but Boston police say the investigation is ongoing.
