Manchester Police, N.H. release photos of a shooting suspect who is considered ‘armed & dangerous’

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Manchester, N.H. Police, are searching for a suspect involved in a midday shooting that left one person injured.

Authorities say Anthony Barahona is wanted for first-degree assault and reckless conduct after officers responded to the area of 389 Front Street just before 3 p.m. for a person shot.

A 34-year-old Manchester resident allegedly suffered a gunshot wound to his lower extremity and was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, said police.

Barahona was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts and his considered to be armed and dangerous. The gun used in the shooting has not been recovered, according to police.

All subjects involved have been identified and known to each other.
