Man charged with attack on Boston 25 photojournalist, transit police say

BOSTON — A man is under arrest after attacking a Boston 25 photojournalist at the Forest Hills T stop. 

Transit Police arrested 30-year-old Phillip Archambault after they say he approached the photojournalist with a golf club, first striking the victim’s camera tripod and then the victim.

Archambault, who if from Colorado, is being charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon as well as destruction of property.

He is being held without bail pending an evaluation at Bridgewater State Hospital.

While the photojournalist was injured in the attack, he is now recovering at home with family.
