DORCHESTER, Mass. — A Malden man has won the $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Bonus Money” instant ticket game.
Andrew Carr purchased his ticket from Dandea’s Superette on 790 Main Street in Malden. The store, due to selling a winning ticket, will receive a $10k bonus for the sale.
Carr chose the one-time payment, receiving $650,000 (before taxes).
Carr said he plans on investing his winnings.
