BOSTON — An international flight leaving JFK airport and heading to Diass, Senegal was diverted early Friday morning due to a medical emergency, Massachusetts State Police said.
Flight SZN408 made an emergency landing at Logan International airport shortly after 5 a.m. when reports of a one-year-old onboard was unresponsive.
According to state police when the plane made an emergency landing the child was reportedly conscious and alert and was immediately transported to Mass General Hospital.
No word on the child’s condition.
