Concern grows for missing Nashua, NH mom April Bailey

Nashua, N.H. — Just over two years ago, April Bailey, a 36-year-old mother of three, disappeared from Nashua, New Hampshire.

Her daughter, Savahna Bailey, is desperate to find her.

“I get phone calls from random numbers and sometimes I’ll be like, ‘Is this it? Am I going to get a phone call from my mom that I’ve been waiting for?’ But, it never is,” she said.

April Baliey was last seen on January 15th, 2020.

She was living with a boyfriend in a basement apartment at 45 Lynn Street.

At the time of her disappearance, April was reportedly taking out the trash.

She was dressed only in a jacket, pajamas and slippers.

“It’s not that long of a walk. What could have happened in that short span of a walk?” Savahna asked.

April Bailey’s cell phone and her purse were later recovered from inside her Nashua apartment.

April struggled with substance abuse, but her family tells me, she never disappeared like this.

Nashua Police tell me this is a very active Missing Persons case, and that the circumstances are suspicious.

The  FBI is part of this investigation

Savanha, like the rest of her family, is extremely concerned.

“I feel like, after two years, if there wasn’t foul play, we would have found something, but we haven’t found anything,” Savahna said. “Sometimes it’s the first thing on my mind, sometimes it’s the last thing on my mind when I go to sleep. She’s a person. She might have had substance abuse issues, but she deserves to be found.”
