BOSTON — Boston is kicking off a safe and healthy school year by offering incentives for families with children to get their COVID-19 vaccine or booster this weekend.
On Saturday Boston Public Health Commission alongside Boston Public Schools will host a family-focused event to connect with resources, learn about local programs, and get vaccinated. The event goes from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at White Stadium in Boston.
$75 Visa Gift cards and backpacks with school supplies will be available to anyone who gets vaccinated.
City officials said anyone under the age of 18 getting a vaccine this weekend will need to have consent from a guardian, which consent forms can be found here.
Join us this Saturday from 11am - 3pm at White Stadium with @HealthyBoston for a B Healthy Back-to-School Free Vaccination Event!
