MEDFIELD, Mass. — First responders in Medfield were dispatched to a fitness center on Saturday afternoon after receiving reports of a drowning involving a minor.
According to the Medfield Fire Department, a report came into the 911 center for a possible drowning involving a minor at the Kingsbury Club.
Once there, fire crews met with staff members of the club who had already begun issuing emergency care on the victim. Firefighters and paramedics then took over care and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
At this time, the victim is being treated at the hospital and there is no further information on their condition.
No further details were released at this time.
