MEDFORD, Mass. — Crews are continuing to repair the damage following a major water main break that happened early Sunday morning, causing delays in Medford.
The Medford Police Department told Boston 25 that Fellsway West and Salem Street are closed, and officials are asking the public to avoid the area.

Medford Police and Massachusetts State Police Medford barracks are on scene now helping assist the Medford Department of Public Works.
Boston 25 was told it could take several hours to repair the water main break. There is no word at this time on how many houses are affected by this water main break.
