1 person taken to hospital after crash in Boston school bus yard

BOSTON — One person was taken to the hospital after a crash in a school bus yard in Boston on Thursday morning.

Video from the scene showed a damaged Boston Public Schools bus in the Hyde Park bus yard.

The driver of the bus was taken to the hospital with apparent minor injuries.

The crash happened as buses were deployed to help of thousands of students return to school following summer break.

The cause of the crash wasn’t immediately clear.
