BOSTON — As COVID-19’s spread continues to dominate news and keep people in their homes, families are doing all they can to keep calm during scary and uncharted times.

Dr. Jacque Cutillo is a psychologist and licensed mental health counselor. She managers community-based programs for Youth Villages, a social service agency with four locations in Massachusetts.
