(MyFoxBoston.com) -- "Hallway swimming" is the latest answer to the question: "What are the kids doing these days?"
The new YouTube phenomenon showcases students laying in a school hallway, kicking off one wall, flipping over and kicking off the opposite wall.
There are single wall swimmers as well as group wall swimmers (video above).
If you've watched any swim meets in your lifetime or the swimming events at the Olympics you watch this video and kind of get how it looks like swimming. I'd like to stress the "kind of" part of that last sentence.
As with planking, owling and Tebowing, we didn't say this made any sense. We also didn't say that it's the best use of one's time. All we're saying is that it's happening, it's on YouTube, it's getting a lot of views, and it might explain why one side of your kid's shirt is covered in dirt and floor wax.
