EAST DENNIS, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The Dennis Police Department announced their first Senior Citizen's Police Academy.
The Academy, held at the Dennis Senior Citizen Center, will consist of five sessions in which participants will be instructed by officers on topics such as Criminal Law, the Investigative Process, Self Defense, and Crime Prevention.
Sessions will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. on November 4th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd and 9th. Anyone interested should contact Officer Nicholas Patsavos at npatsavos@town.dennis.ma.us.
