Did you know that in their 26-year history, Community Servings has never missed a delivery day? No matter rain, snow, or ice, Community Servings is committed to providing clients with nutritious meals that are made-from-scratch with love and care. They prepare and deliver 9,600 lunches and dinners each week to the homes of almost 1,600 individuals and families who are homebound with an acute life-threatening illness. Blood Donors Needed
The Red Cross salutes the hundreds of thousands of volunteers who help fulfill its lifesaving mission and encourages others to join their ranks as volunteer blood donors. Volunteer blood donors are the only source of blood products for those in need of a transfusion. Donors of all blood types – especially those with O negative, A negative, and B negative are needed to help ensure blood is available to patients this winter.
