Zaborowski is accused of shooting at a cigar store clerk over a mask dispute Friday and opening fire on state troopers the following morning during his arrest.

A woman, her son and her husband have been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Calvin Munerlyn, 43, of Flint, who was shot in the back of the head after refusing to allow the woman to shop without wearing a face mask, authorities said. Sharmel Lashe Teague was in custody Monday evening but the other two suspects, Ramonyea Travon Bishop, 23, Larry Edward Teague, 44, were being sought by police.
