South Florida man accused in several beer thefts

TAMARAC, Fla. — A South Florida man is accused of an illegal kind of beer run.

Damian St. Aubyn Fuller, 43, was arrested for at least seven thefts of beer at stores in North Lauderdale, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.

Fuller is facing 11 charges including petit theft and cocaine possession, according to Broward County online booking records. Bail has been set at $675.

Fuller was walking toward a 2013 black Nissan Altima in the parking lot carrying cases of beer, the newspaper reported. The car matched the description of a vehicle seen at the sites of several other beer thefts in Broward County.

While questioning Fuller, deputies learned the cases of beer had been stolen, according to the Sun-Sentinel. After being taken into custody, Fuller purportedly admitted to stealing beers from seven stores since October, the newspaper reported.

Fuller is being held at the Broward County Jail, according to online booking records.
