For those wanting some serious RnR not too far from home, a hotel on Cape Cod recently received five stars, signifying its "virtually flawless service" and fine amenities.
The Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Harwich sits on 27 acres along the waterfront of Pleasant Bay. The resort features four restaurants, pools, boating, tennis and a golf course.

The Wequassett Resort and Golf Club also has a Children’s Center and it recently added 10,000 square feet of outdoor event space for weddings.
The resort is currently booked through the end of April, where the basic rate per night is $550, but there are various deals depending on your credit card.
To stay at the resort in August, the best rate FOX25 could find was $595 per night. However, those wanting a water view can expect to pay at least $1,000.
