DEDHAM, Mass. — The State Fire Marshal is investigating a suspicious fire that engulfed a multifamily house on Oakdale Avenue late Sunday.
When firefighters arrived just after 11:30 p.m., they found heavy fire in the porch area of the house at 99 Oakdale Ave.
Erin Joyce, a woman who lives in the home, said she was watching TV in her bedroom when she heard something that sounded like fireworks. When she looked out the window, she said it looked like fireworks, but she realized it was a fire when she saw the entire porch engulfed in flames.
