BOSTON — A driver in Roxbury pulled a gun on officers early Monday morning, according to Boston police.

Officers stopped a car on Dudley Street they say was driven by Timmy Hunt, 28. Officers said they were speaking with the driver about his suspended license when he became argumentative and pulled a gun from the floor.

Police officers called for backup and said they had to wrestle the gun from Hunt and subdue him before placing him and the two passengers of the car under arrest.

Tamari Tubbs, 21, and Daquan Dooley, 29, were arrested and all three were charged with possession of loaded firearms.

According to police, Hunt's gun was loaded and had a round chambered.
