WARWICK, R.I. — Detectives in Warwick arrested a man they believe broke into several houses and stole food.
According to police, 26-year-old Michael Collins broke into two houses where elderly couples lived within a few minutes early Wednesday morning.
In the backyard of one of the homes officers found a bottle of soda and a loaf of bread that had come from inside.
