NASHUA, N.H. — A Nashua, New Hampshire, man was arrested Thursday night in connection to a September robbery.
Jason Beaulieu, 26, was charged with two Class B felonies for unarmed robbery and possession of cocaine.
On Sept. 24 at 11:40 p.m., the Nashua Police Department responded to the area of Elm and Pleasant Street for a report of an unarmed robbery. The victim was attacked from behind, physically assaulted, and had personal property stolen.
Detectives investigated the incident, identified Beaulieu as the assailant and issued a warrant for his arrest.
He was released on $200 cash only bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Oct. 24. A Class B felony is punishable by up to seven years in jail, exclusive of fines.
