Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey has cited the restaurant chain Qdoba for child labor law violations.
Healey says her office discovered more than 1,000 violations at 22 corporate-owned restaurants in the state.
Qdoba is now forced to pay more than $400,000 in fines.
