BPD: Man found shot in Dorchester dies from injuries

BOSTON — A man found shot in Dorchester Wednesday night died Thursday morning after being rushed to the hospital, according to police.

Police were called to Julliette Street in Dorchester around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday for reports of shots fired in the area. Responding officers were redirected to nearby Dorchester Avenue where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

His identity has not been released and police have not released any information about a possible suspect.
